This technique reminds me of the technique Geiko/Maiko used when applying their blush!!! They apply the pink blush on the center of their faces and cheeks, then apply the iconic white face paint after. Beautiful!!

I think people have done the same thing with highlighter back in like 2016 lol. They’d apply liquid highlighter first and then do foundation. It’s the ✨glow from within✨

This reminded me of a hack Wayne Goss showed years ago but the trick for his is using a red blush near the temples and use Bareminerals powder foundation over it to get that healthy glow (almost like when you've gone skiing)... it used to be my most favourite look to do in summer and I have to start it again now!

Lol this is how my grandma did her makeup. I love it how people laugh at and change things over generations and then go back to those things as something "new and groundbreaking"

I do this all the time, I overload with cream blush underneath and then blend it out then I go in with my foundation, light coverage buildable and then concealer, then I put some powdered blush on top and it’s perfect

The only issue is that you would have to use excess product to achieve this, as you have to put a lot on before foundation. But I guess that’s up to the individual, I would rather apply on top and simple pat over it with a used beauty blender to make it seem more natural x

This is a really good hack, as long as you DON'T HAVE acne prone skin!! I have a little bit of acne on my temples and tried out this hack... It looked really cute but definitely caused me to break out afterwards :'(

I've always done this when I applied to much blush. I put a little bit of foundation over it, just enough not to cover the bosh completely but for it to eine through and I noticed that it looked much more natural so I started doing it all the time. Cool to see I'm not the only one doing it 😁

I do this often in the summer when I use powder foundation more often (I live in VERY humid Houston, TX lol). I prep & prime, apply a thin layer of BB cream/tinted SPF, use concealer, then apply generous amounts of cream blush, contour, and highlight.. THEN lightly apply powder foundation OVER it. You can also apply a but more powder blush and/or highlight on top. Don't forget the setting spray to melt it all together! 😉
