One day, I realized I could find something to appreciate on every food. Even if I didn't personally like it, there could be something in its texture or flavor that feels… edible. Like it could be palatable. Still, I can't eat raw onion or raw garlic, and the smell makes me gag. But as an expert video watcher and food taster, I'd have gone through the challenge mentally unharmed and asked for some canned beef myself just to taste it. Beef is beef.

In regards to things like bugs, this is actually one of the good things about keeping kosher and having food that you eat the kosher certified. Eating bugs is actually forbidden. So when a product has a kosher certification on it, that means it has Rebenok oversight to make sure the process does not violate or include any ingredients that should not be in it. Such as bugs. Any food coloring that would have crushed bugs. Any type of situation, this is carefully examined and not included in the final product.

I would win this particular challenge. Specifically cause I have NO issues eating while watching some of the most gruesome and gross stuff ever. I know stuff like how peanut butter can have up to like 10 rodent hairs and 6 bug parts per jar, and I still eat peanut butter sandwiches like no ones business. There are scarier things in life than what is on my plate.

I’ve known exactly how most of the food we eat is made since I started eating it as a child. Curious by nature, I always wanted to learn new things, and when I heard people call it junk food and processed food I wanted to know why. Guess what, 70% of the produce you eat fresh from the store is legally allowed by the FDA to contain bug particles. You eat bug parts all the time and are completely none the wiser. Make up has historically always been made using animal based products like dyes and chemicals derived from insects, etc. it still is. What’s the big deal? How else are we supposed to make it? Just develop new chemicals out of thin air? Alchemy doesn’t actual exist.

I think visiting farms & "some food factories" (nothing that would be inapproprete or shocking for kids of course) should be mandatory field trips for kids in grade school & up. Some of these kids have no idea where our food actually comes from & think that it just magiclly appears on the store shelves.

It bothers me when people who eat meat wont acknowledge the death of an animal is needed for their food. It bothers me more that they complain about "undesirable" parts of the animal are used to make things like hot dogs and ground beef. Not using everything we can is just wasteful. This also why i dont mind leather products if you eat the meat why throw the skin away? All of this only applies to people who eat meat while i dont agree with vegans or vegetarians i respect your choice
