I love the fishermen easteregg very much. The Mint Candy he drops is a reference to the Peppermint pastilles called "Fisherman's Friend" you can buy. They are from Northern England and are well known all around Europe.

You could use the flying pumpkins in a maze and let players try to lead them out, but I don't know if they can see through glass...But if they can use it as "pumpkin maze chase" on halloween.
