The vanilla pastry looked like a french "mille-feuilles" and it's very good indeed ! Concerning the "éclair", normally it's not whipped cream but a custard inside. And the custard usually taste like the glaze on top, so chocolate for this one. Didn't look like it for this one, but it looked very good nonetheless ! Makes me wanna go to the "boulangerie-pâtisserie" tomorrow
