Counterpoint: I'm also from TX, and one of the greatest ice cream flavors I've ever had was creole cream cheese ice cream with blueberry corn muffin pieces. Creole Creamery in New Orleans.

For the faloodeh at Mashti Malone's, they are noodles. We do not refer to them as ice with starch :( I appreciate that the video is sharing Persian ice cream, but I think it's important to: 1) Share the correct information and 2) Pronounce the country's name correctly.

Unfortunately, people pronounce the best they can. The beautiful thing about US is that there are so many cultures all blending and sharing together. You can’t get too upset if someone is trying their best, but mispronounces stuff. I’m Greek and gyros and tzatziki are mispronounced all the time, but I appreciate how much people try and love them.
