Longhorn is a great restaurant. I've always wanted to try Salmon, so I may have to try that. I've always gotten the Flo Filet. I HATE mushrooms so I can't comment on that dish, but their Mac & Cheese is SO good! I have a soft spot for that restaurant, we went there to celebrate my dad being 1-year cancer free (he's about 6 years now), and they brought out a desert saying congratulations. We didn't ask for any desert, they brought it out and said it was on the house... they didn't have to do that.

I love how you guys do the food closeups and put the name of the item across the screen. So many times when I'm watching other food tasting videos, I'll think, "Why can't they just do what Delish does!?" Great work, guys.

I love how much Julia's personality shines through in these videos. Plus her descriptions of the food are always so in-depth and really makes you want to try everything (as the title of the show implies, I guess). And of course, Chelsea provides the perfect comedic foil for her antics. Love these two!

Julia, it's been a year and a half, since my husband and I have been to Longhorn and we weren't looking to go back, but 1 minute into your video, he goes "we have to go to Longhorn!" So we are this week. You sold us on the appetizers! If there's a wait at a restaurant, they should just give the customer the interactive menu (your videos lol) while they wait

We eat Longhorn at least 3 times a month. I always get the Mushrooms with the Porterhouse Steak with Lobster tails 😋

The mushrooms are my favorite! I usually get 2 orders and get my entree to go which is a New York strip and the mac and cheese.

Longhorn's parmesan crust is TOP NOTCH. I literally ask for them to put it on everything!

I agree with Julia on the stuffed mushrooms, ribeye steak, and chocolate stampede being absolutely great dishes at Longhorn. The grilled shrimp, salmon, cheeseburger, Parmesan stuffed chicken, firecracker chicken wraps, fried spicy chicken bites (kind of Asian tasteing Sauce like a hot chili ginger like Spicy Thai chicken), asparagus, sweet potatoe, Brussels sprouts, buttermilk fried chicken fingers, and Apple Pie are all also definitely worth a try (and repeat future ordering IMO) at Longhorn Steakhouse. The ribs and Pork chops at Longhorn Steakhouse both are not tasty at all (they actually both suck pretty bad)-I personally wouldn’t recommend either of those at Longhorn. If you love ribs the best franchise restaurant ribs I can HIGHLY reccomend are Logan’s Roadhouse (get the full order of ribs-sooo good! The best. , Dill Salmon, Cinnamon Apples, and Yeast Rolls are some of the best things on Logan’s menu) and Outback (love their Drovers platter with the 1/2 order of ribs and chicken breast-awesome bbq sauce in their ribs, Alice Springs chicken, & Orange marmalade sauce shrimp appetizer).

Ritually we get Longhorn to go every Saturday. My fav is bourbon salmon and rack of BBQ ribs with rice or sweet potato and Cesar salad. My husband loves their steak renegade or rib-eye cooked medium with always mashed potatoes and garden salad. Dessert-Chocolate Stampede with ice cream, the ultimate dessert!!

The NY Strip is my FAVORITE! (I also add the shrimp skewer with it.) 🤤

Longhorn is one of our favorites! But I always get the flat iron. I wish she would have tried that. It is so delicious. It's the perfect in between from the sirloin and the ribeye. It's buttery but not as fatty but also not as chewy as the sirloin. It's perfect.

It's always fun to watch you dish on Delish. Thank you for the nifty tips and recommendations. Perhaps check out The Original Pancake House for their diverse styles of pancakes. Personally, I like the 49ers, and the Swedish pancakes. Others have recommended the Dutch Baby, or the Kijafa crepes. Sorry it's a breakfast place, but it's a really top notch breakfast place. They had a terrific creme spinach. They use to make a Golden nugget sundae. Where they fried one inch cheesecake and they would put strawberry sauce with caramel sauce along with icecream and whipped cream in a martini glass. I would do the dance of joy if those two items made it back to the menu. But it's always a great place to eat.
