I used Delivered Korea last month to buy something from Bunjang and it was pretty smooth in my experience! Their customer support is nice too. I'm looking forward to part 2!

is it possible to reduce the package value on the final box before shipping to reduce customs

I'm in the USA and for me sending to DK and having them consolidate and ship to me has always been cheaper (and faster). Even when I've paid for the inclusion-only service it's still been cheaper than shipping directly from the store.
