It’s not her cat, and marlie has been out of the country for months and just came back and found it. It’s her roommates cat and she hasn’t been home. But yes very sad and marlie is trying to help now that she’s back!

The juice you dip the tacos into is called “consomé”, pronounced “con-sue-meh”. It is a soup but it is more so the broth that the birria meat is cooked in. It’s made with many herbs, spices, veggies, dried peppers, and of course the meat. Definitely look up other restaurants to try theirs, birria is not easy to make, and some do it better than others.
