Hint: don’t go over your lip line with black lipstick. It can discolor the skin a little.

When I would wear black lipstick I would over-line with black eyeliner. For some reason it never discolored my face. Edit: also I used cheap drug store eyeliner.

bought revlon 043 and its so sheer its basically unusable unless i wear a dark purple underneath Layering it a shit ton to get it darker works but ends up patchy af major disappointment as i usually love their lipsticks

Instead of a thin lip oil or balm underneath try a light layer of a thicker lip balm like chapstick underneath so it doesn't melt the lipstick and bleed into corners 🩷

The shade fiery red in their lip tint is my favorite. Just put a little on the inner parts of your lips and tap it out, and then I put the Two Faced Lip Injection Extreme in the shade Pink Punch, and it makes an amazing lip combo, between the red-ish in the inner parts of your lips and the pinky plumping gloss your lips will nice and full. Not that you don't already have full lips

As a girl who wears black lipstick everyday be careful when applying black lipstick bc some or all black lipsticks if you mess it up and you wait a bit to long to fix it it will be really hard to clean it up so I recommend using a liner with it

I love black lipstick,then again I am a (glowed-up) goth girl so biased af, it suits all skintones and looks dramatic but in a good way... Black lips,big flicks and a little peachy subtle highlighter with a cute outfit and "eff you,I'm fabulous" attitude is all you need

It's pretty but I feel black always has such a BOOM factor. Like it's VERY noticable once you apply it. I like nudes myself the most. I ordered the dirty shade after your other review.
