Shane suffers from body dysmorphic disorder, so he often sees himself as overweight and unattractive even when he's clearly not. He's had body image issues for years. That and the other stuff come from childhood issues and how he grew up. He's made vids on it before.

Answers to common questions I get: I was an IV meth user. Yes I've done heroin and hated it. Everyone has their"drug of choice" Yes I was a nurse. Friday 5/29/2020 is my 3 years clean. Anything used as a coping mechanism that turns unhealthy and uncontrollable is classified an addiction including sex, food, exercise, cutting, alcohol, drugs (both prescribed and street) and more. I'm proud of my fellow recovery buddies, no matter your addiction. My inbox is open if anyone needs.
