Apart from Dada Boudi, you can also try Arsalan, Aminia, Zam Zam, Royal Indian, Oudh 1590. All of these places serve amazing biryani. Enhance the biryani with their authentic chicken chaap as well. I am sure your taste buds will be having a party with this combination 😊

Guys.. that's not malabari biriyani. I understand it might be changed to suit delhi people but we use kaima rice which is small and fragrant rice to make and you should try it from Paragon restaurant, calicut.

Dada boudi is actually a different kind of Biryani called Barrackpore biryani, it's a derivative toh Kolkata Biryani, but it is spicier and a little more oily

If there is an award given to the most comforting biriyani, Kolkata biryani will seat the pinnacle.... Dada Boudi (barrackpore outlet) and Arsalan are the best.

Comforting and Kolkata especially Dada Boudi!! You can't be serious..Dad Boudi is basically Moshla Bhat.. I'm from Kolkata and if you're talking about comforting then the list starts and ends with Malabar Biryani..rest all are either full of spices (like Hyderabadi) or fragrances (like Kolkata) or a mix of both (like Awadhi)..

Do try Dindigul biryani....after Hyderabadi and Calcutta Biryani, I love it the most Also there is this biryani place in Bangalore, Mallika's Biryani...had once tried their mutton biryani. The biryani was made from samba rice, similar to Dindigul....not sure what is the biryani type....but do give it a shot

Please Go to sikkim you will enjoy the scenic beauty and you can relish food and loads of drinks made of rice and millet called (Jaard)there and eat momos with soup and chatni , thukpa (home made noodles with veggies and meat), yak cheese dish called churpi( made with veggies) and solid churpi too that is eaten like beetle nuts, eat chayote guard (skooch) dish, eat tree tomato chatni with round chillies called Dalle khorsani... And meat dishes there are awesome all organic all awesome... Peero aalu sabji translated as spicy aalu and (sail roti and khabje as sweet dishes)❤❤❤❤

Now Dada Boudi briyani is not at that lever that it once used to be......So, I would suggest you to try D-Bapi briyani instead. You will thank me later. And don't forget to try firni(a dessert) after having briyani. BTW love your content❤.

There is nothing called Luknavi Chicken Biriyani. Chicken Biriyani is Hyderabad. In most restaurants in Lucknow they add Chicken piece from Chicken Korma into Mutton Briyani rice. In both Lucknow and Kolkata Biriyani..the yakhni is Mutton Yakhni.. in Kolkata style Chicken pcs to Mutton Yakhni and then add rice on top for dum cooking.

Koi bhi city main, sabse badiya biriyani uska office area k footpath main milta hai. Daam bhi sasta, smell bhi high, aur taste bhi gajab. I think famous restaurants zyada kuch kadne k chakkad main original recipe kho deta hai.

All these biryani are useless, they don’t even use basmati rice. In south they can biryani with any rice. Best is Hyderabadi biryani or Kolkata biryani

@@thenishantsinha BIRIYANI does not mean that only Basmati rice must be used. India's best biriyani and 11th best dish in the World as per the Taste Atlas is the biriyani made at Hotel Paragon, Kozhikode, uses Seerige Samba, a short grained rice sourced from Bengal! I have personally eaten it and vouch for its quality.
