Girl! That rust silk dress was snatching your waist like crazy and the colour complemented your hair colour in such a lovely way. Too bad non-elastic garment are such a pain in the chest department :( Wish more brands like Bravissimo (that also take breast size into account) would exist...

I loved the first dress on you, but I think it’d look great with knee high boots. Or Dock Martin’s. I think you need a heavier shoe to contrast with the light fabric of the dress. And a heavy knit would complete the look perfectly for fall.

I wear combat boots with slip dresses! I'm obsessed with the whole masculine/feminine mashing in outfits. My go-to fall outfit is a men's flannel shirt with a lacey cami underneath. If you want to play into the 90s-ness of the slip dress and combat boots, you can add a choker.

I just gasped when you came out with the black skirt and sweater vest, "Oh that's cute!" Possibly recheck that look, but I do love the shorts. I bet you'd like the jeans in a different/darker wash. The scarf trend was my favorite, too. I tried it last summer when the temps were just too freakin' hot with a long rectangular scarf tied around like a bikini top. I wouldn't wear it out and about, but at home it was delicious!

Yeah I feel like gladiator sandals are not in rn but personally, they might totally work. Or more of a huarache? In the 90s it would generally be Docs or chunky platforms, but you don't have to be historically accurate, lol

@@kelsey2333 haha it’s basically like a stretchy piece of fabric that all the players wear in their team color. Kinda like a bandana. If you look up “Survivor Buff” you can see what they look like and all the ways they wear them ☺️

@@kelsey2333 Buff is the brand, they're like small infinity scarves with Survivor team colors and logos. You can wear 'em around your neck, as a headband kind of, or twist around your wrist - or like petite Survivor players do, sometimes wear them as tops or skirts.

I am 6 months post partum and I have really been struggling with body image since giving birth. We are almost exactly the same size, and watching you has honestly given me the push I need to start the journey to accepting myself at my current size. I love all the shoe recommendations for the slip dress like wearing docs! Another option that maybe would’ve made you like it better with the sneakers is adding a Jean jacket just to bring it a little more casual ☺️. I loved the first sweater vest outfit!!! You looked SO cute 😍

Finally, an influencer who says no to Shein!! I purchased from them once and sent everything back. I couldn't believe all their clothing had high ratings on their site until i realized that customers get POINTS for leaving good reviews, points that can be used toward future purchases. Anyway, the biggest issue was that the clothes were THE CHEAPEST QUALITY IVE EVER SEEN. Horrible fabric, most of it see through and felt like itll unravel in one wash, very thin, and the clothing did not fit well either! The sizing was all over the place. I HATE Shein and I can't stand that influencers support it!

I loved the white button down and jeans with the sweater vest! The only thing that needed to be changed to make it work was your hairstyle. A messy bun would have been perfect! You could have even stuck a couple of pencils in it. 😊

I was so opposed to the idea of sweater vests and I feel like everyone around me knits them and wear them all the time. It just didn’t seem like something that would look good on me before I found a design that had a bit thinner fabric and a higher neck and I just love it! I think some trends grow on me or I just need the perfect variation of it to win me over.

So funny the 90s slip dress is back. Cher from Clueless. "What is that you're wearing?" "It's Calvin Klein! Duh!" I was a teenager when the trend hit the first time and there was no way I felt confident in wearing one or that my mom would even buy her sweet perfect angel of a daughter (yeah right) something so scandalous. LOL!! I would wear it now if I felt confident enough. The 2003 cropped sweater vest look is back and I'm not sure what I think about it. I was in my early 20s when it hit and now it just feels weird to return to. You totally modernized it in the right way. So cute!!!!

As someone who can no longer wear heels due to an old injury, I would recommend maybe a black gladiator sandal or, as other folx are saying, Doc Martens or another bootie-style shoe would be ideal.

I’m so appreciate of this video. She doesn’t talk about body positivity and instead shows it. Being 8 mo pp I don’t like my body. It’s different and squishy in weird places. Her attitude is helpful.
