Nurse here :) Heart rate is usually between 60-100, blood pressure is usually between 100-120 SBP, in hospitals we don’t worry about blood pressure unless it’s over 180 and between 100.

The white chocolate mocha Frappuccino was my go to drink at least 2-4 times a week and I gave it up for Easter lent and still going till this day and I feel much much better! More energy, less jitteriness & shortness of breath.
