🙄 not every place is delhi to add pickle chutney and onion to everything. Rest part of india dont have that culture. And indian satvic, jain food avoid garlic onion excess chilli

Noo bhature needs to be fluffy, then you have to poke a hole to let the steam escape and obviously yes red onion and green chillis (and sometimes pickles) are definitely needed!

Bhai mko ye koi btayega ye he ek daal ko , sbzi ko , cholo ko, matar ko curry hi kyu bol dete h. Roti ho naan ho inko bread bol dete h. I ka dimaag nhi h ki mko smjh nhi aata Inka 🙂

That was literally the prefect presentation for chole bhature. I don't know what more were you expecting. Those who are not confident in the taste of there food, try to distract the customer by various other things like presentation, plating, etc etc. Those who are confident in there food want there dinners attention to be solely on food, no distractions.

Thats the saddest Chole Bhature ever. The Bhature are kinda extra small. Oh nd btw, Puri nd Bhature r a whole lot different. Infact Luchi nd Bhature have the main ingredient in common, nd oil is added in the flour before kneading it, and both use Maida. Puri is made of Whole Wheat and no oil is added in the flour before kneading it. Plus Bhatures are more spongy and chewy than Puri and Luchi.

They're not even puffed up. Literally, like half the fun of chole bhature is when they bring out the giant bhatures and you pop the steam out of them.

@@leobriccocola8141 Yes, That is main part of Bhature. When served hot, at a restaurant or even at home, it must be all puffed up, and you poke a hole and all the heat comes out and then you tear the bhatura. Thats Heaven yeah?

You forgot curd, puri doesn't have curd but bhature does. That's why bhature's dough rises and gets those tasty gluten webs

Bhatura and poori are two different things. Bhatura is made of white refined flour with fermentation technique like we use to make breads whereas poori is made of wheat flour

Culturally India is about substance not superficial appearances; ie Indian food doesn't look attractive but it tastes orgasmic. Whereas western savoury meals score highly for their presentation but are usually EXTREMELY bland. The exceptions being Mexican, Southern Italian, and Greek savoury meals which are very good.

Puri is fried bread made with whole wheat flour and doesn't contain yeast whereas Bhatura is made of flour and contains yeast

They are not same. Chole is white chickpea, its bigger in size and chana is black chickpea. Both have different taste and starch content.

For both of ur information, majority of the Indians eat with their right hands and you all should know that eating with left hand seems unexpected and if you both are indians you should know the reason.... Even I'm left handed but eat with right hand cause that's how I feel it's right and how I grew up with it. Its ok if u eat with left hand and use the right for the... Other thing. And the majority of Indians will look at u awkwardly if they saw u eating with ur left hands and u should know the reason.
