Күн бұрынIn this video, I try out mouse and keyboard on one of the new Next Gen Consoles, the Xbox Series S. I made a video like this a while ago on the old consoles (PS4 and Xbox One) so I wanted to try keyboard and mouse out again on the next gen ones (PS5, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S). I basically show off my console setup with mouse and keyboard, see how they do in Fortnite creative, and then play some solo arena. There's also a cameo from one of the all time console GOATs so be sure to watch until the end. Lastly, let me know down below what next gen console you play on and whether you use keyboard and mouse or controller!

5:16 The crosshair turning red is an indicator that you are in the effective damage range for the gun because if you didn't know already when you are far enough away your gun does less damage. This only appears for console and controller on pc players. This was added to the game back in Season 10 when the new controller sensitivity options were added.

The delay you are feeling is not all because of the Xbox, quite a lot of the delay is because you are use to 240fps not 120 and that is quite a big jump.

Just for anyone wondering you do NOT need a 2.1 HDMI port to play the new next gen consoles. You simply need a 1.4 HDMI port the only downside is you’ll be playing at 1080p which is what you should be playing at anyway.

4:13 I am a console player for fortnite but can play keyboard and mouse, there’s some input delay you may find that, I play on 60FPS on Xbox (I have a PlayStation from 2019 I still use it it’s just that the controller is broke, haven’t got the time to get a new controller.) The controller turns off because that’s the default setting in the Xbox settings - or you can plug in a cable that it comes with, this will also reduce the delay in your sound - hope this helps🙏

I'm not wealthy enough to buy a PC, so I'm stuck with console aaaaannnndddd it's old Gen. But I grind every day to get better and it's not very great but it's not as bad as people say it is.

Just upgraded and i didn't think so either but today i was in settings and enabled low latency mode which disables 120hz and GD I was hurting but hey if your tight on cash save up a hundread bucks sell your current console for a hundread if its xbox and you can get 150for a PS4 and get a Series s on offer up for about 200 thats what i did before i got the x

how do you keep your controller on, when my goes off (15 minutes inactive on controller) xbox gives me a warning during the game saying “You need a controller to play this game!” is there a way you use to bypass that?

Well pretty easy to set it up just get a key oard and mouse that has a USB and not BLUETOOTH and then their are slots in the back of the Xbox to connect your keyboard and mouse
