Hey everyone! I went on a food tour with Tahiti and Moorea Food Tours (www.mooreafoodadventures.com) to discover some local Tahitian flavors...
and then I went inland to discover a bit more of the mountainous terrain with www.atvmooreatours.com/en/
I hope you enjoy!

I grew up in South Florida, coconuts everywhere. We used to husk them, then use a large nail into the top, and then drain all the milk and not waste most of it like when you hit it with a manchette. That's a bad idea. After the milk is drained, then hit it with a blade to get the fresh coconut. It's really good.
