So the desert with the breed it’s called national bread if you translate the Arabic to English completely. The cream is puck cream and white honey, We Egyptians usually good the bread and scoop the puck cream and honey, but it’s probably easier and way easier to have it in bread. You should try Gebna bada (that white sour type of cheese) with watermelon and that bread you are with puck cream, very famous meal, don’t forgot to try fried eggplant, if your visiting Egypt, you HAVE to eat fried food.

Hawawshi is filled with meat , onions , pepper , tomatoes and some spices , it doesn't contain cheese in it .. Bashamel is a suace of flour, butter and milk .. what above the macaroni is bashamel sauce not only cheese .. and that's a good choice of food ❤

Ahahahaha first 2 minutes were hilarious You almost ate everything the right way finally 👏🏻😂 for the macaroni bashaml we eat it with fork but it’s also okay to eat it with spoon and btw we don’t add cheese to it it’s a sauce called ”bashamel” made with flour,milk,eggs, and some spices. I wish you could just stay in Egypt till Ramadan month and you will be more than surprised with everything the decorations in the streets the food the people the environment itself .. everything We as Egyption wait this month every year We really Love you Audun ❤️❤️

Bashamel is a kind of white sauce consisted of milk ,butter, flour, bebber,sallt which all mixed and cooked and then it mixed with makrone and grinded meat which cooked in oven for like 30 minutes and taste finally wooow !!

I will be coming to Egypt in April. I have been there 5 times this is my 6th visit there .I'm blown away by the food I love the green soup it's amazing. And I love hammam Bird. 😉😃😃 Anyway I would like to say I find there's a lot of on healthy eating habits there ,which contributes to lots of mostly women being overweight or obese. Is just my opinion......🤔🤔no disregard to anyone. ☺

I recommend trying roqaq bellahma (رقاق باللحمة المفرومه) and om ali (ام علي) then belella (بليله ) ..the big dish.....the main dish .... The real egyptian plate .... Mahshe (محشي)😎😍

YOU ARE FUN 😄 original bachmel doesn't contain cheese or may be some people add some cheese but not much .. bachamel used to be a pasta and minced meat mixed with thick white sauce and have a thick white sause layer on top as well and we cook it in oven and eat it by fork .. and yes we eat the hawawshi with our hands 😊 welcome to Egypt and don't stop making videos and trying egyptian food 😊
