Ingredients and preparation
Rahu fish 1.5 kg
Salt 2 tsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Chili flakes 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Pomegranate seeds 1 tsp
Carom powder 1 tsp
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Yellow food color 1/4 tsp
Squeeze 5 to 6 lemons
Squeeze ginger water
Squeeze garlic water
Mix well
Oil
Fry the fish on medium heat for 15 minutes on both sides...
