How to order: Size (small, medium, large, xlarge (for limited drinks)), type of drink (hot/ iced coffee, latte, cappuccino, macchiato, americano, tea, matcha latte; frozen coffee; hot chocolate; cold brew; cold brew), cream(only for hot/ iced coffee, cold brew, frozen coffee) or type of milk (skim, 2%, whole, almond, oat), sugar and/ or flavors(swirls are sweetened, shots are unsweetened), any additions such as whipped cream(optional) *Lattes/ macchiatos/ cappuccinos are milk based with espresso shots *Iced/ hot coffee is brewed with ground coffee and water, milk/ cream can be added according to preference *Iced Coffee is generally made stronger so the ice doesn't water it down and it is cooled after brewing it like hot coffee *Cold Brew is made by steeping ground coffee in cold water for ~15-18 hours which gives it a smoother taste *Frozen coffees do not have real coffee in them, but just pumps of coffee flavored syrup

I love Dunkin but I hate how depending on who’s working the drinks aren’t made right half of the time!! When they’re made right it’s one of the best coffee places

Try the Blueberry flavor with vanilla swirl next time ! No cream, no sugar ! Very sweet. I ask for a, small iced coffee with almond milk vanilla swirl and blueberry flavor !! It’s a 10/10 😊

As someone who works at dunkin, here’s a few tips to get a perfect drink and a good experience overall: 1) Pay attention on who is making the drinks, if they have a positive vibe, you good. Cause a lot of people who work at dunkin are high schoolers or college students (me) cuz they just need the money and Dunkin is one of those places that just hire you on the spot. They don’t really care for customer service. 2) Please tell us your drink size first. Without the drink size, we can’t put in anything. Order in what you should say your drink order: Size, Iced or Hot, Cream/Sugar, Flavors. Our systems are a mess so please be easy on us if we can’t find anything on the register and need to ask. 3) PLEASE BE NICE AND UNDERSTANDING! I can’t tell you how many times i’ve had people spit their orders at me and yell at me for not getting the order right the first time. I’m a nice person so if you’re nice to me, you may get something nice in return. So please be respectful to the people who give you your food, cause they’re human too and you don’t know what they go through, especially a college student during finals. Let’s just say it’s rough trying not to cry in front of a customer who is yelling at you when you’re already under stress :’)

a latte already has milk in it so you don't need the cream :)

You will not regret it if you try a cold brew with butter pecan swirl and cream. If you like caramel you will love this one. It's even better.

almond milk has no dairy in it sat all, it’s just almonds and water. that’s why it’s not really “creamy” :)

If u like almond Joy I HIGHLY reccomend a medium or small iced coffee with 1 pump mocha and 1 pump coconut with cream only..tastes just like an almond Joy!

A latte at Dunkin is ice and then milk ( it’s a lot of milk btw) your flavor shot and then a shot of espresso and then it’s mixed up. So there’s no sugar added but the milk is the creamer. I work at Dunkin’ Donuts lol

Anytime dunkin doesnt make my drink right I bring it back or to any dunkin and tell them my drink wasnt made right. They always make me a new one

I’ve never ordered cream and sugar in my iced coffee, but I’m now realizing some ppl do. Since whipped cream is made out of cream and sugar I’d think it’d have the same effect. I know the swirls are all sweet, so they replace sugar, and the shots are all sugar free. I recently tried the pumpkin spice swirl in an almond milk iced coffee (so no cream or sugar) and it was delicious.

To reply to your statement on the mocha latte and how you said it was very strong. Its expected to be a stronger drink because espresso is included. There is no cream and sugar included in a latte, it is made with milk, mocha, and espresso and any extra flavor or toppings you would like on it.

I get the same thing from dunkin everytime, Carmel iced coffee with cream an extra sugar, an only the lady that works at the one buy my house makes it perfect

Latte is made with shots of espresso and milk plus the flavor(the slight burnt flavor comes from the espresso) , while the iced coffee is not made with shots and you have to let them know if you want cream or milk

I do a large iced coffee or large iced lattee ,depending if i want sweet or not ,and both are with less ice,whole milk(coffee has 6 creams,no sugar,1 pump of toasted almond,1 pump carmel swirl,1 pump coconut.

I like caramel and almond milk. Anything with almond milk will be darker but it's good with caramel

i work at dunkin, and lattes are made with milk so if you want it made with cream, you have to state that. lattes also don't come with sugar you have to ask for that.

Lattes aren’t burnt, it most likely tastes different because it’s made with espresso and not regular coffee

If you want a smooth less burnt taste to your coffee get an iced coffee or cold brew, anything with espresso shots (latte & cappuccino) will have a slight burnt taste

Vanilla iced coffee is my go to! I also just tried their frozen vanilla iced coffee and omg it’s so good. Of course with cream and sugar and an extra pump of vanilla because our store doesn’t make them correct without the extra shot of flavor

Lattes are really good! They don’t use cream or sugar for them though because they make the lattes with milk. Sugar is added only by request

They probably just put whole milk inside the latte. You don’t use cream in a latte. Whole milk would be like standard way of making it. Otherwise it would just be espresso and mocha over ice which honestly wouldn’t fill the cup al the way. They just didn’t put it down in the order. Vanilla bean collata with blueberry is really good too, you could also ask them to use less of the blueberry if it’s too strong.

Almond milk isn’t as white as cream so that’s why the color difference on day 1, and lattes are made with espresso and milk so they don’t add cream 😶

Okay so like I work at a dunkin as well and I drink tea most of the time This is my favorite drink. Order A small Hot hibiscus tea with 4 pumps of liquid sugar and two shots of raspberry. And a large cup of ice After 3-5 min pore the hot tea onto the ice and fill the rest up with water. And you have an Ice Hibiscus tea I do it on my own different way but this will be a better way for you as a costumer to order it. If anyone try’s it let me know what you think :)
