Ok im sorry to bombard you with so many comments. Im a new subscriber! This EP was 10/10 for me. I haven't felt this connected to an album since mad love. My top 3 on this album are spiral szn, anxiety and bid...but its so hard to choose as they are all great. Also..side note-your personality is funny as hell 😄

She actually penned several JoJo songs… Save My Soul, Mad Love., Wonder Woman, American Mood, Fresh New Sheets, Good Enough *interlude*, Fresh New Sheets, and Nikki’s Sound Bath *interlude*. Not only did she co-write “Nikki’s Sound Bath *interlude*” but she also produced it and two other songs from that EP (tracks #4 & #7). Those three songs also have Nikki’s background vocals on them. 🙏🏻

Definitely not sure if there’s a double meaning but I didn’t put “bringing it down” together at first with B.I.D and I googled it and feel like this could definitely fit (anxiety medication helping bring down high emotions): b.i.d. (on prescription): Seen on a prescription, b.i.d. means twice (two times) a day. It is an abbreviation for "bis in die" which in Latin means twice a day.
