Trying on my Silicone Mermaid tail by Miishy Fins for the first time! This massive silicone mermaid tail is VERY heavy. But I love it anyway. So I decided to try putting it on. It was a struggle, but after seeing the first swim video footage, I will say that it was 100% worth it. While this mermaid tail may look boring and black from this angle, that couldn't be further from its true form. Not sure what I mean? Make sure you stick around for next Friday's first swim video. You'll get to see just how awesome this tail is!
After seeing this costume MOSTLY all together (I am missing my brocade scarf in this video) do you have an idea who may have inspired the costume?
I'll explain it more in a future video. But for now, I think it is kinda fun to let you all guess. Hehehehe!

This is glorious!! So beautiful and so happy to see your new tail. I literally cringed with every tail thumb, like omg that sounds so heavy! Really debating on going for a new silicone tail or if I should continue with the fabric snake tails. Love the fluke shape on this! 🥰

Love the video it looks like an easy fit just the 2,000 years past. Hope the scales and the bubbles is not an issue. Can’t wait to see you swim next week. Oh love your repunzel hair you should keep growing it like in mermaid lore. The other day I was on Pinterest and I got down a rabbit hole by pins. Then I saw fairy wings and Led fairy wings they where so awsome I thought of you. It would be cool with them on you on a cold snowy day in the woods during winter. (I’m just trying to think of cold ness because it’s hot down southeast it’s 96F.) I’m brainstorming of how I can be a professional mermaid and educate about maritime history, marine conservation. I also am like you I like fantasy worlds, fairytales, mythical creatures. Like elf, gnomes, fairy’s, centaur, half snake half lady, dragons. I love Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings. 🧜‍♀️🧜‍♂️🏴‍☠️🦈🐬❤️😍💋hope your tail will be ok.

Gan Ning and his crew wore feathers in their hats and tied bells on their bodies. The ringing of the bells alerted people to the presence of Gan Ning and his gang. So beware! Muwahaha! Seeing and hearing the bells (and you mentioned feathers)... your character is definitely inspired off of Gan Ning ❤️ I've been a huge Dynasty Warriors/Samurai Warriors fan for over 15 years. I personally like Dynasty Warriors more hehe. Zhao Yun is one of my favorites . "You dare face the Dragon of Chang San?" "I, Zhao Yun, stand before you. Prepare yourself!" 💙💚

Yeeeeeesss! The books, the games, the history- it's all so captivating! I love that he quit his job to find work he enjoyed too. I find it so inspiring and wish I could do the same (not a huge fan of my winter job). Plus, his unique style and way of doing things in general is pretty darn neat. Like he's pretty much an OG alt fashion dude. 😂 Zhao Yun was such a good guy. Gosh. You've got to love him! 🖤

Very cool tail 🖤 I would definitely see if you can get your tail repaired or looked at because there shouldn't be any holes where you pointed to. Could be something to do with the dry time? I hope so too! Or at least that they don't cause any trouble. 😢 But it is a beautiful tail and I'm very happy with it overall. I did take it to an event already, but will likely save it mostly for videos in the future... it is a bit hard to swim in 😅

They no longer make tails, so that isn't an option. Although I think the tail will be okay overall. I'm imperfect too, so I'll happily take care of a tail with flaws as well 🖤
