In this video I am Trying on the PRIMARK X RITA ORA collection, testing to see if it will fit a plus size, UK size 22. Primark is not known for doing plus size fashion but at times their sizing can be forgiving and I do own several pieces form there so I had to try this new spring/summer 2024 collaboration between RITA ORA & PRIMARK.
This collection is NOT available online I'm afraid so only a trip to ‪@primark‬ will do, but I hope you can still get some outfit inspiration from this video. x
BODY REFERENCE
💜I'm 5'5" and a Rectangular Apple shape. I carry most of my weight on my chest and belly.
💜I'm a UK size 22

Hi Marleen, so glad you tried the primark suits. I told you last haul to give it a go. I’ve got the light green and maroon jackets and you can’t go wrong. Loved the pink on you , it’s defo a keeper xx

I love the sweater with the holes in it! I am a lady of a certain age where I am hot hot hot (temperature wise) all the time and I really enjoy the cotton tops with built in air conditioning! But it’s always up to personal preference in the end ❤

Hi Marlene, interesting haul from Primark, I don't ever go in as ours is rubbish and I have never found anything to fit . The cream trouser suit is lovely, you are right it would have been beautiful if they had made bigger sizes. I don't actually like the vest top, when I saw it, it looked like to me like when a vest gets worn out along the edges. I like the cream jumper!! It is very flattering. I am not sure about the dark jumper, I have a similar shape to you and don't feel this would flatter me. Love the earring with ball at the front! I wish I could wear pink, I love pink, but it makes me look like a bag of candy floss. It looks like nice quality apart from maybe a bit thin on the trouser, but the suit looks lovely on you. Thanks for showing us the haul.❤

Hi Marleen, yes this is the same problem I run into with the belly and pants ugh 🙄 the blazers however looked great open and especially the baby pink suit!!! My favorite ❤ Emmas top looked nice on you even with the drop shoulders the only thing was the bra straps showing....If you had a strapless bra that would take care of that but strapless bras are so hard to find if we are bigger chested women especially ones we feel comfortable enough to wear that stay up where they need to be....Nice haul though....Have a great weekend ❤

Didn't realise Primark stopped at size 20. That surprises me. Super value trouser suits.

They have some basic pieces that doesn’t a 20/22 that are generous in size but their regular clothes only goes to size 20 x

All these pieces look amazing on you and you look gorgeous as always! The first suit is my favorite. I don’t think it’s bad or a problem and the blazer covers it but if you really don’t like how you can see the bottom of your top tucked in then if you’re not wearing the pants with the suit then why don’t you leave your shirt out over it? I know you said that it’s rare that you do that lately but you look nice with tops out and it would cover the see through. Just a thought. You certainly don’t need style tips from me! 🤣❤

I was actually looking at the Rita Ora clothes today. She had a beautiful lemon colour dress but had a big split going high up. That put me off as I don't have the legs for that 🙈 xxx

both those trousers are really see through,,, you can see the pockets and seem of the fly,,, makes them look cheap,,, but those blazers are beautiful,,, love the pink on you

I like the cream jumper but of cause it is whether you feel comfortable Marleen. I don't really like anything else on you apart from the colors of the suits it is a shame they didn't flatter your figure. :-) x

You can buy clips for your bra straps that pull them together at the back so they would then be invisible under that tank top.

Don't like the cream suit, the blazer looks old fashioned. Love the pink blazer. Will look great with jeans.Love both jumpers. If you wear a Black vest too or Cami top under the open knit one it would look good! You wouldn't see the line were the top ends and the trousers start. The white top isn't large boob friendly.

I am going to be in the minority and say I really dislike the suit at the start. It looks so cheap and the colour is so washed out looking. I really don't think it would suit anyone. Just not for me but each to their own. I do love your videos. ❤ Nice to see videos for apple shape bodies. Xx
