Round 1 was insanely entertaining. I imagine your opponent literally evading the kitchen sinks. Takeaway: Never hide in the corner when someone does that to you 😅

I knew right when you said "grandmaster" haha.. btw I played it in a non-rated otb 15+5 rapid event and got the first place 5.5/7, second seat was sub 2100, I played it against everyone and actually I could've got 6 but I offered a draw in a complicated imbalanced position cuz I knew it was enough as the other games had already finished so yea, cool and I won prizes I didn't know I'd win too😭😭(10-15€ profit with this opening lol)

Reportedly, Magnus also thought the banning was ridiculous, so he (Magnus) played it and won 8 or 9 out of 11 with it. Of course, Magnus could face a player using only checkers and still win.

@@Drillbitayler nothing much whats smurfing with you? Lol jk, it's when a high level player uses an alt account to beat low level opponents and farm wins. It's pretty silly if you ask me, but people do it in a lot of games for some reason.
