Yeah its really really hardcore survival. There is also a temperature system for your body being to hot or to cold. Also have to wash yourself so you dont stink and let enemies know you are there. Its the most realistic fallout survival sim ive played. Took me forever to leave megaton. Please Start a playthrough seires. I would really like to see your playthrough. A couple tips though. Shut off sprinting in JAM [just assorted mods]. Rebind your leaning to different keys in Enhanced Movement also turn on toggle so you can toggle lean with just one click rather than holding it down, allow it to only lean while aiming down sights and turn off activator as the left-alt key is also used to hold your breath to steady aim. Make these changes and it will make it your playthrough a little more enjoyable. It will get discouraging cause you will die... a lot... you really have to pack for trips and think about how long you will be away from the closest town. Pick up whatever scrap and wepons and amour you can to sell . Vendors only buy what they sell so keep that in mind to.Water is really hard to come by you will have to drink your cola and alcohol to survive and eat spoiled food. Doctors are your friend but make sure you have caps. You can usually stop at bars and kitchens and buy a meal for 65 caps. Fills ur thirst and hunger. Putting points into your survival skill is worth it in the long run. Good luck, dont give up. the satisfaction of completing even the smallest of missions is really worth it.

Disable sprinting in the Mod Configuration Menu for JAM. Enhanced Movement adds sprinting already :)

Hey I am play this modlist as well :) Been for a while now, tho I think I got one 1 or 2 updates before yours. Do you know where/how to get 2mm ammo? :D Found a gauss pistol and it looks AWESOME but got like 20 ammo for it.... >.< Btw do you now as well, how to get a bathtub for your home (Springvale garage) :D

Did you figure out that you were hitting the lean key every time you picked up an item? Your character is slightly leaning to the right, Im guessing youre hitting the E key? Q, lean left, E, lean right ... thats my guess 😉

Do you use BLEED or BURN?

Why does your character twitch everytime u pick something up doesn’t that get annoying to u 😂😂 isn’t there a mod to actually grab items instead of that with this I know there is one on begin again idk about capital punishment tho
