It looks so good as half and half because the dreads give your natural hair more volume and makes it look thicker 😘

I think the half looks cool because of the contrast in texture, but a fun color DEFINITELY needs to be added in.

Girlfriend, just dread (all) most of your hair. I think you'll be really happy. You can still have bangs, sides, or even a crown, but everything I've been seeing is you adding more dreads! Either way, you look hella cute. I'm loving the bangs.

Doin full dread head was the best thing I've done in my life,you always have a hairstyle. :) Do what you think its best! But keep in mind its very hard to color them.

Generally I bought 60 dreads for a full head 22 inch long my dreads about the same as hers in thickness

Is there a way to braid down and have it stay by crochet the ends instead of rubber bands?

Could do, but then it would be very hard to remove them your have to brush the hair out of the dread instead of just unbraiding them.

I buy elastic string and wrap over my rubber bands. It's 100% secure and you can get it in every color. So you can match it to your hair or add in fun pops of color.

Can it be done similarly on short short hair? Like 3-4 inch pixie that is growing out? Is there a way to attach if braids aren't a great option

Sure! Just thread the hair through the loop and tie in place with a rubber band. Can always wrap the hair around the dread or braid.

Just shampoo and let the water run through give them a squeeze. No conditioner.

could take anything from 1 -2 years depending on how long you've had them stretched for.. example if youve had them for a year it could take a year or more to go back... if you've had them for 6 months it could take 6 months or longer if that makes sense. hope this helps. x

How do you sleep comfortably with dreads and tape in hair ? I want them but worry I will hate the weight or sleeping be uncomfortable

Try starting with a couple at first and see how you get used to them. I added more rows over time :)

How ever long you want to wear them. They can last 6 weeks until they need redoing.

It’s a protective style :) I found my hair was longer after wearing them for 6 weeks :) I applied them for the video but when installed neat they are great for keeping the hair protected and out the way :)
