This is a place called delysees in Canada . The pistachio sphere is $11.95, the louvre is $10.95 the last one I can’t find on their site. And sorry I dont see $3000 gold forks on their site 😢 Don’t believe everything you see on the internet Edit: after looking through the menu though it looks freakin delicious!!!

It's not worth it at all, they just taste bland and it only good looking. I would just make by myself, good looking and taste by own like because homemade is always better when know and experiment different flavors from different people who create and cook. Gratitude to those keep learning and improve their dishes to fulfill many varieties rather than just for look.
