One thing I do whenever theres leftover avocado, I'll mash it up with a spoon, mix it with ketchup and (HIGH QUALITY) mayo, then dip potato chips in it (ruffled cut are ideal cause they tend to be thicker). It's excellent.

I don't know if it's a strange snack, but one snack I've always loved is grape+cheese+ritz cracker. You make it into a small sandwich with one of each and it's absolutely delicious:)

My ex-father-in-law used to make plates of snacks for movie night. That was the first time I ever had peanut butter, honey, and pickles on crackers. I was hesitant, but gave it a try. YUM!! Now when my daughter and I have movie nights, it's one of our regular snacks.

COOPER ITS OKAY. I'm also allergic to avocados but I love them so so much. I buy these little packs of avocado spread called wholy avocado and they don't give me a reaction for some reason, while a fresh avocado does. You could try that stuff with ketchup and see if it works for you :)

another weird but also nice food combo - salted popcorn and nutritional yeast. A chef on a show I watched recommended it so I tried it and it makes the popcorn have this really savoury cheesy taste 🫡 very delicious and a great snack!!! shoutout all my B12 conscious vegan comrades 🤠
