@@FrannyTales at all from what it seems that i've tried. No more dolphin slide, no more infinite side jumps (A/D + Space bar) but the basic movement you get with WASD is for sure worth it after playing, just running full sprint in 360 circles or even holding S backwards muskets and bows cant hit you 😄

So basically when you first do the dive if you press prone too early without waiting for your character to come out of the dodge animation then he will just lie down on the floor, but the earlier you press it after coming out of the dodge animation without failing will give you the most momentum on the dive, and when you have that timing with full momentum then you can press crouch button the moment your characters chest touches the ground, and slide awayy

biggest mistake people make is they use A or D. just hold W entire time

I've learned it, it's missing one thing that is crucial to work and he didn't mentioned, you have to move your mouse to look for right or left after you dodge and before you dive, you will still hold W and your character will gain side speed
