Hey, love your mod. Do you guys have any plans to add a create mod style automation system to IR? Like without the computers and all the code stuff (as I and probably many others are very bad at coding lol). I've spent a lot of time trying to get my trains automated but its very time-consuming working out all the throttle/brake values and tweaking lua code and even then because the mod is so realistic (which I think is a good thing btw) the amount of cargo or fuel the train has can mess it all up. Maybe adding stuff in-game which can tell the train a route and take it to specific points without the player needing to do the calculations, and have set times to wait between stopping and starting. I understand this stuff takes time, but I was just wondering whether this is the direction IR is going or if computer-based automation is the plan. Just because making automation simpler could open up a world of possibilities. The interactive controls are sick btw!

BREAKING NEWS: immersive railroading trains finally have immersive controls and other effects (and it's hella cool). Switching daylight cycle is kinda ok, bc it's hard to see anything at night. btw thanks for the video.

Nice project going on i see! I just tought that maybe around Thomasburg (the new area) you could make like a speedway by the oceans and seas, so when you get fast cars, you can test those in this area, going around the ThomasBurg. You know the roads that partially go into mountains with sick view of the ocean around the island.

I have a suggestion for a mod it's called time control or something like that or Bergen of time is a mod that allows you to lengthen the days to an hour or whatever you want just saying I love you content man keep it up you inspire so many people to do what you do

congrats on the channel growth! I just got back into MC using the Create mods, but I come from an industrialcraft-buildcraft past and your mod-set is right up my alley. Might have to make a whole seperate build to try these out. Lots of familiar parts with a fresh take. Real nice city so far. Also I do love the whole "not doing much and just playing with the world I built" mentality. It's just like spending months on a physical train-set. You do all the foam and track layout, electrical, and for weeks you might not even see the trains move yet. Eventually you just gotta play with the damn trains! I need to know cuz I'm having trouble searching for the right thing, what is your map mod that you are using throughout these videos? Or are they part of the immersive mods?

I love to watch the Tech Minecraft stuff at the moment, about ten years ago i was addicted to Industrialcraft (1 not 2, yes I'm old 😂) Saw your kickstart of the Geothermal Power Plant yesterday evening and now i got this one recommended 😊 something in that indeed seems to have pleased the KZfaq algorithm gods 😂

Yeah that's a Canadian National is GP. GP only have 2 wheels on the axles, at least from what I have always seen.

Silly question how wide are your roads and do you have any tips on starting a city and deciding how large to make city blocks? Keep up the stellar work

The roads are 11 blocks wide (Line/4Block Lane/Line/4Block lane/Line. My lanes are 4 blocks wide always, including on highways. Thanks for the kind words!

I agree but I think my server would explode with more than 5 or 10 depending on what we are doing (flying/driving). I do plan on having some community events where I play with some viewers on here. I have a very busy work schedule so I have to work around that!

Have you tried out any storage mods? Like Refined Storage? Can empty all those train cars out and put all those materials into one computer. At least then when you need empty cars then you're already good to go. Maybe Storage Drawers? Decorative Storage? Tom's? (I cant remember which version you're on, so unsure if any of these would be available to you)

Idea: make a Patreaon foe those joining the server, (age limit ofc), get some people on there, giv em the lay o the land and a talk on building codes, then u get money and better server + likely more views😊 edit: plus u could release the world download!
