I work at Starbucks and the berry hot chocolate comes with raspberry cold foam on top which is why it’s warm! You can order it without the cold foam for a normal temp hot chocolate with raspberry syrup:)

I am so so incredibly happy that someone else experiences the same things as me whenever I eat gluten or dairy! Sometimes it doesn’t affect me that much, but most of the time it does. I bloat (I look pregnant), I get stomach pains, and I just feel a bit rubbish tbh. However I have found, if I eat wholemeal or seeded breads it helps with digestion for me. White bread/pasta etc are huge no nos. Dairy, I swear by whole milk. Sounds so so bazar but it’s a superfood, and is so much better for you than semi-skimmed or skimmed milk. I tend to try and have it in small quantities though, If I have it in large portions I flare up (ibs). Digestive enzymes and probiotics help me too x

I can relate to the rain cover over the pram, but it gives me memories of panic, which is strange! Considering I’d be tiny at the time, haha, also Scottish gal here from Glasgow. Still, I go through to Edinburgh quite a lot if you want a nice coffee spot there’s a cafe in Waterstones on princes street, and it’s so chill with a beautiful view to sit with a book or your laptop and a coffee! Hi Mark, thought I’d let you know about alternative milks at Starbucks or Costa. When you order ask for it extra hot because we can only heat the milk to about 120F which is like lukewarm borderline cold… but we can technically heat them warmer than that it just creates “burnt” milk but it’s fine! Thank you for this video! 💗💗

I went to Edinburgh last week!! We did everything touristy you can do. The real Mary Close tour where you see the underground streets was good. Also went to the royal brittania and did the whole tour haha. Some great brunch places was Scran and Toast. I hope you enjoy!!

I get mine from a company called SEED I don’t know if it’s just an American company but maybe try that to help yourself out it’s helped me so much. I use to look 3 months pregnant every time I ate something didn’t matter healthy or not. Hope this helps at least someone 🥰

I love these videos and all your videos they make me feel so good when I am feeling down which is a lot lately and videos of you and Zoe lifts me up so much at the moment I would love to hang out with you both. I have moved from Manchester to Liverpool recently for my fiancés job and I have never ever moved out of Manchester ever so that was big for me anyway then 2 weeks after moving I had my daughter she’s called autumn and she was born on 14th November at Liverpool womens the same day as the terror attack outside the hospital she was born an hour before that happened so it’s left me feeling really scared to go out and I am not myself at the moment as it was a horrible experience inside and out. What should have been the best day of my life was masked with the worst I don’t go out at all since then and all your videos lift me up and put me in a really good mood and make me laugh so much and that’s just what I need at the moment.
