Those cokes are imported from Mexico, so they use cane sugar not corn syrup. Much" healthier " than American cola.

I dont know how this place isn’t getting sued. There’s a vegetarian place in my town that started off being called mcdharmas and got sued just for the name. Didn’t even look like McDonalds, so they had to change it to just Dharma’s. And this place is knocking off McDonald’s a million times more! 😂

McDonald's fries are not vegan unfortunately. They use the same fryers as non-vegan products. Edit: some McDonald's has them separate, others don't. It's hit or miss :(

I work at McDonald's and we use a seperate fryer for fries and hashbrowns! I don't know if it's different for other locations though

As a vegan I love this. I went vegan 5 years ago when I got my cat and realized that the little sweet spirit she has is in all animals not just the ones we consider pets. Veganism isn't even really about health, it's just a nice byproduct, as well as the environmental impacts.

glass bottled cokes or mexican coke's usually have sugar as opposed to corn syrup like american cokes. but i believe they have started to phase even that out so now it's the same coke formula i'm not entirely sure

Vegan does not just mean healthy...it means to not use any food derived from animals. So the fries should be the same. Since McDonald's said they stopped using animal fat to fry them :)

some people are more strict with their vegan diets to some its just no dairy, meat and eggs and for others its like any collaboration or use of animal product which means McDonald's fries and ketchup are not vegan to those vegans

I don’t think that’s been true since the 90s when they used beef tallow. They don’t cook any fries in animal fat now

@@s-1424 You’re referring to when Hindu customers in the’90’s in the UK petitioned for the removal of beef ingredients to the fries so they were vegetarian and won. However they didn’t change the recipe in the US. I know this because I was a vegetarian child when that occurred and a vegan now. The vegetarian items at McDonald’s in the UK are pretty good.
