For the past few months, i've been rotting in bed. No motivation, no desire to become the best version of myself; just lazy and eating fast food almost everyday. I decided i needed to stop rotting away and that is why in today's video i decided to finally exit my lay girl era. 🩰
I decided to try the VIRAL 'that girl' morning routine to see if it helped me feel better than just a regular morning routine. Essentially what a 'that girl' morning routine is, romanticizing your morning and including lots of self care habits that prioritize your overall health. I truly enjoyed this morning routine and look forward to making it my everyday morning routine ⭐️

I’m so glad that physical therapy is helping your knee! Your morning routine is very inspiring. I’m not sure what my favorite part of my morning routine is because it kind of varies depending on the day. One thing I love is my first coffee of the day! I have lots of fun mugs and yummy flavors of coffee to make it extra neat. My current favorite coffee is IHOP Chocolate Chocolate Chip. It is so delicious. When mixed with a chocolate powder creamer, it tastes like a hot cocoa! Spending time with God is the best part of the day, but I admit I’ve been slacking off on the morning thing lately. Often my time with God is after dinner or close to midnight! I like it better in the morning so I’ve got to shape that up. God bless you and thanks for a cool video! ❤

I’ve been really busy lately and even if I don’t get all of my devotional time done, it’s been helping me to pray a really short prayer thanking God for being bigger than the tasks that are stressing me out.
