You need a art studio space so look for that. Art studio spaces are good for more the type of stuff you do.

Another thing about a house is that extra time-consuming maintenance, like lawn mowing etc. And you'd need a house alarm for sure. And find out what the gas and electric bills are ahead of time because those can be extremely high in a house. Just some thoughts.

I feel the exact way about this all situation cause nobody what you are saying to help or support or anything you will always have someone that will cancelled you or something when obviously we just need to know if we did something wrong, like personnaly I want to know when something I did is wrong and be educated cause yes I can do it myself and this is what I'm doing but sometimes it's nice too to learn from someone that is living it. And I'm seeing recently that most people that cancel other people are not even experienced it .. Anyways sorry needed to ranted and I'm on my ok place group but I still need to work on myself to post there .. Anyways again great video, I love it as usual and I really love the way your film and stuff I find it therapeutic, hiii and high five from Franc ( yeah hugs ? nah don't like it and no the time too :') )

I wouldn't say renting a home is throwing away money, especially in the market were in now. Its actually quite common and makes a lot of sense in some situations. Renting has lower maintainance costs and you can use the extra money you save to invest in other things. Its also a lot easier to move if youre not 100% sure if you want to live in Ottawa or wherever for a long period of time. When you rent, the price is fixed, making it easier to plan other finances. Buying is great as well, but like you said, I definitely wouldn't buy now. But I also think renting for a year or so isn't a bad option, depending on pricing and other factors of course. oh that is very very true! I can't see myself buying a home for another 1-2 years because of the market right now. So many people are buying but no homes are for sale so the bidding wars are insane

I rent and I don’t feel like it’s a waste of money. I have set expenses that I can budget and it’s very stable. 🤷♀️

Decisions are a pain to make currently having to make a few big ones and I’m really struggling 😩 renting is just such an expense like Angelica said that rent money plus your current rent money combined could easily pay a mortgage but that’s a massive commitment. Dream Chaser being pushed back is sad but still exciting that it finally coming to us 😊

you don't need to be like any other youtuber. Rewatched some old videos like normal people do. Right? Always forget to say it. peeps from uk or any other ytbr. It's just a phaze kids go through. Now we like Joey. For the last few years. It's anoying thinking will it be just another youtuber that...not sure.
