Abdi my man, I am from lahore. You are trying to find peanut butter in totally the wrong place. The road which you were wandering about on is BEADON ROAD. That road holds the largest lighting market in lahore, 90% of the stores there will be selling home lighting. Plus the people you will find on the streets there will generally be the lesser educated ones, hardly anyone will know english. The best place for you to go is GULBERG. Go to either AL FATAH or IMTIAZ in gulberg, you’ll find everything you need. Another good option is CAREFOUR in fortress. Best of luck brother

you should have google supermarket in nearby areas. Peanut butter is not a running item so you wont find it in small shop. Another tip: if you want to ask anything try to find, ask from young students of 15-25years age or office going people in pant shirt. They can understand english and guide you accordingly

Peanut butter is quite common in Lahore and Pakistan, he is just asking in the wrong place.

You should go to the place call AL Fatah or Hyperstar-Carrefore and you will find everything you need, even peanut butter. Al- Fatah is in Hussain Chowk and Hyperstar is in Fortress. You will not find western food products in local shops or markets. You have to go to these big supermarkets. Take a trip to Al-Alfatah they have everything and they are open seven days.

go to peshawar, the freindliest city in pak, then head to north the mountains from there . i guarantee your trip will be much more satisfying, lahore has a fast pace every man for his self vibes go to pesahawar where they treat guest like kings

Bro you on the wrong part of the city for peanut butter, just go to DHA/Cantt/Gulberg, Model town areas. Big supermarkets, like Al-Carrefour, Imtiaz, CSD all have them.

Very easy brother use Google Translate from English to Urdu, this way it will be very easy for you to communicate, just show them the Urdu, Peanut butter both crunchy and smoth are easily available but might be not as common as normal butter here in Pakistan. Happy Ramadan

no such thing, there's only Somalia. Stop trying to divide our people into different parts, that's what weakenes us. We're all somali and nothing else, it's because of all the division that our country is getting embarrased. When u asked auto driver about Peanut butter 😅😅....Man we dont eat it regularly, its exotic product ,...people generally eat salted buffalo or cow butter ...u might find it in some big stores but for local stores they even dont know what it is..

ramadhan kareem mubarak bro, one thing that you can find in Pakistan is sabja seeds (basil seeds). Soak them in water over night, about half cup in 1 ltr water, add some raisins, nuts, banana and eat this gruel like a muesli. The basil seed will soak up 5 x its size in water and it it will look like frog eggs. This will keep the water in your body and you want feel thirsty AT ALL. Peanut is called moongphallee, peanut butter is an unknown foreign word and concept.

btw the name for seed is dhana, so ask for sabja ke dhana. Most people use this for *falooda*, a cold drink with rose syrup, sabja seeds, vermicelli and ice cream. The bearded man Kursheed is very nice, mashallah. He said, today most shops are closed due to a bandh. ( a bandh is like a strike order, shop keepes must keep they shutters down or face violent action by the group that wants to enforce the bandh) .Kal...means tomorrow. Tomorrow (kal) everything will be open.

@@abdixplorer Yes do try *Dahi Balay* in Lahore they call it Dahi Balay but in Karachi we call it *Dahi Baray* , Jeda Lassi Butter Milk at Awami Bazar, Murgh Cholay will be easily available almost everywhere, Phajja Siri Paye (Goat/Cow Feet and Head) at Shahi Mohallah, Waris Nehari, Do visit Haveli Restaurant at food street fort road you'll love the food there, it's opposite to Badshahi Mosque.

In my local village they've opened a supermarket with import items because of the higher visitors from abroad and I find everything in there, obviously it's a bit more expensive but it's there, also hope first fast went well insha'Allah
