Hat #4 is a winner. I think the pony tail hole in the other hats might cause damage on color processed hair.

Hat 3 looks like you are in mourning 😅 I have women’s Columbia Sun Goddess New Booney (THAT is a mouthful!) got from Amazon, a little pricier than what you reviewed, but Columbia has a lifetime warranty! It has drawstring and ponytail hole also, which was a plus for me! It’s very light and comfy.

If you would have been in full sun aiming at you (like I am for 2 hrs), you wouldn't want ANY of those hats. Your nose and cheeks would be sunburned.

Most hats work best when the sun is overhead. Kind of hard to get good protection when the sun is in front of you... What hat do you use when the "sun is aiming at you" that actually protects?
