There are stages to grief Sarah. The first one is denial. Next is anger. Then bargaining. Then depression and last of all acceptance. You will move through these slowly but you will get there. The final one is healing. Just keep breathing. Keep eating. Sleep when you can. Put one foot in front of the other and keep going forward. You have got this mum 🥰😘💙💪🏻

Sending our love, I was 9 when my dad passed away, he was 43, it was sudden. I remember my mum still setting the dinner table for him, she always felt like he was going to walk back into the house. It was tough on us all but now I’m older I can’t imagine the pain she felt losing her soul mate. Time heals as they say, but I don’t think a day as ever gone by I haven’t thought of my dad. Hope you all get closure xx

Sarah being in denial is not a bad thing and don't think it is, it's just your mind and everything else that's having to deal with Dave's passing...
