I feel like you would have helped your most wanted teammate alot more if you stopped trying to catch up to him and ramming him (even if it was unintentional, you still caused friendly fire damage), and instead try to use your weapons to take out the cops, at the end of the game you still had so many unused weapons. Spend more time near the cops and you'll get opportunities to use your weapons, which would probably have had a higher chance for you to win if you take out the cops or slow them down so your teammate can escape
