Next time you should try lavasa,gird,kulcha,tailwur(these are baked in tandoor) etc.Try panner which is called lyodur chaman in kashmiri,haakh which is green leafy vegetable, kashmiri bigan,tehar, al yakhini, fish,matsch made up if meat.. It's keema You should have tried lotus stem sabzi nadur yakhini with rice and nadur chips are also made from it. Hoping u will like all of this and specially chips and won't dislike again❤

More kashmiri dishes Rista(meat balls) ,tabak maaz(ribs fried in ghee),kebab,Aab ghost(meat prepared in milk not in curd),lawas,girda,telwor( breads baked in kashmir only) And roti isliye nhi thi bcz kashmiri dishes rice ka saath kahyi jati ha hamra yaha roti nhi khata zyda and one more thing is Seekh tuj(street side mutton tikka)
