When i was pregnant i craved mac and cheese with french dressing on top, it was really good. I dont eat it anymore though.

I gained 75lbs on my first pregnancy… if i knew that would happen (started at 125lbs), i wouldve gone back in time & not be eating the nightly frozen yogurt i craved, and all the eating out that i thought was fine- cuz Pregnant, & if no alcohol- was stuck on sweets and salty crap. Oooh boy did i have a mental problem w how humungous i felt after daughter was born… (when I was pregnant, everyone complimented me at health then I looked with just the belly popping out-but that was not the case! I literally gained triple what I needed to, and it was not as easy getting it off, not as a rapid getting it off, not as fun either - as putting it on! Be good to yourself. ❤💖
