Those shoes themselves were technically Wembys first signature shoe, Nike just didn’t name that model after him as a insurance policy if he didn’t pan out to have a good rookie szn/career but he did, so we’ll be seeing his 2nd but technically first signature shoe next szn, him getting his own cool logo and commercial pretty much guarantees it

You can get select colorways of this same shoe for $50-60 at Nike outlets instead of paying $180 btw. Wembanyama is awesome but knowing that completely turned me off from even trying to snag these.

Keeping the first PE Shoe of a great player is a good investment it’s more like a collectible than anything else if you just want to hoop in gt2 you right but if you want to collect them it’s a different story
