Use an acrylic wetting agent with acrylic ink when diluting the water. Water causes acrylic to dry faster, so a wetting agent is needed to counteract that.

I didn't know it was acrylic. It says to dilute with water on the bottle. Thanks for the tip tho!

Art nouveau as far as my mother told me is inspired by nature, so yes lots of curves I would believe.

I thought it came out pretty cool. I’d love to see what you can do with this concept using a medium that actually cooperates. I particularly like the swirls on the far right, I’d Ike to see more of that!

When I first saw the small thumbnail of this video on my feed, I thought it was a latte with a spoon in it, I was like, "ohhh I really like that, I'm gonna have to try experimenting with something like that" but black holes are also rad. 'ut supra, sic infra', I guess. Thank you for sharing even if it didn't turn out precisely how you wanted it to

Have you ever tried scratchboard? It might solve your problems. You use a sharp tool to scratch in your white highlights. Great work!

I have tried scratchboard, the reason I want to do it this way is so that most of the drawing is black on white but then I can use the white on black to create a certain look where I want it. Thank you!

I thoroughly enjoy watching you draw, you are so creative, and I love your mark making. I don't know if anyone has mentioned it before, but have you tried the De Atramentis document white ink? It's white ink for fountain pens and it works beautifully with a Twsbi Eco medium. It's nice and opaque. I don't know how they did that, but when I tried it, I was in awe!
