I am actually shocked and impressed with how much Sir Tryke understand people and see certain things in a different and a in more complex way. Love how he understands Wise's both weaknesses and strengths and trusts him nonetheless and most of all, he knows how to amplify Wise's (his team's) strength without ruining his (their) confidence. He mentioned in his previous turning point interview, that there are certain people with different perspective than the rest and I think Sir Tryke is one of them.
