That's not guaranteed to work. I was completely legal and set my cruise control at 2 mph under the speed limit and parked it in the right lane. Slower traffic keep right! I had a sheriff's deputy tailgate me for over 20 miles trying to pressure me into making a mistake so he could pull me over. Cars were flying by me in the other 3 lanes clearly breaking the speed limit but this deputy had a justice boner for me. He ignoreds them and rode my bumper. I would not call that hassle-free travel. That deputy was looking for an excuse to hassel me.

@@christopherleblanc9599 You know what’s funny about that? The *SPEED LIMIT* is the absolute maximum speed you’re allowed to go, not the speed you’re required to go. A speed limit of 75 mph means the reasonable and prudent speed you’re allowed to go, under perfect conditions, is 75 mph. When you’re coasting downhill, passing another vehicle or the cruise control accelerates the car as you’re going uphill your vehicle shall not exceed 75 mph. To have a cop pull you over, for example, for driving 73 mph in a 75 zone is literally a violation of your civil rights. Traffic stops are not consensual contacts. To make a lawful traffic stop the LEO must have RAS/PC that you’ve broken the law like driving 77 mph in a 75 zone. You had a cop admit to you that as a matter of routine they violate people’s civil rights by making illegal traffic stops. Unbelievable. To clarify, some roads do have minimum speeds and typically it’s 20 mph under the posted speed limit. If you were driving 50 mph in a 75 zone the stop would most likely be legal.

What type of video do you think #1000 will be? TS? TVI? Motorist Assist? Can't wait to see how NST plays it! Would be great if Fate smiled and the 1000th was something iconic, like a Trooper Byrd Pursuit Intercept + PIT. But an assist to some upstanding citizen with a flat tire would be wholesome. Regardless, 1000 is special and I hope it's broadcast "live"!

Hopefully it's (at least for a short time) an NST-exclusive!! Many others now post ASP content, but NST long ago set the gold standard for these interesting, informative videos that provide uncensored insight into policing!

As a yard driver, we still use them daily. They're not much help on the road anymore, unfortunately. The fact he has a cb radio at all is surprising to me. Most of these squatted Tahoe kids here in SC mainly have cb antennas to mount tennis balls to. Apparently the tennis balls represent how many women the squatter has banged. Thankfully we're seeing less of this mess, since SC has imposed a ban on squatted trucks.

"Heavily redacted"?? There were only 3 redactions in this video. The first one was about 10 seconds and the other two are about 2 seconds each. That isn't very much at all and it certainly doesn't indicate, or even hint at, "corruption". You apparently have never seen the heavily redacted documents that various federal government agencies have submitted to the Congress. Some are half to all blacked out. That's when real corruption can logically be surmised.
