The problem with doing it the way you did is the fact that, even though you had Prem sides down in League 2 or League 1, they still had their Prem level budgets available to them as well as the players to sell off to make even more money. Now, if there was a way to do this, but edit everyone's budgets to, say, equal to the average amount of transfer budget available for your typical League 2 sides, League 1 sides, etc. etc. That would make it more fair. But the way this was done, it's no real secret why Arsenal dominated here. They started in the Prem and stayed in the Prem the entire time, with an already huge transfer budget and every time they won cups & titles, that transfer budget just got higher & higher.

So what? I gotta wait till 2033/34 season for Bournemouth to win a major trophy (with this rate of Bournemouth) im down for that i mean ill be mid 20's but atleast I can see it happen
