Tsavo man eater lions part 3 includes 2 chapters of Patterson's book The Man-Eaters Of Tsavo And Other East African Adventures , When Patterson shifted hospital camp of Tsavo labour staff to other location and Patterson sat in old Goods Wagon near old hospital camp , Lion came and attacked on Goods Wagon but got frightened because of two gun shots and ran away .
