I really don't understand why people aren't supporting this movie, this movie conveys more than one valuable morals (Sometimes we ourselves don't know what we need!) I loved the movie, critics are the people who should value the art and understand it's message but unfortunately I personally feel they failed to do so... The VFXs were also good, there is no reason for anyone to say that the movie has no plot line and criticize the actor's performance. I individually loved this movie though I'm not a SRK fan (but to the indian cinema he is a blessing and living legend) all these unnecessary criticism infuriate me to the core

The Mars landing concept was completed destroyed in terms of accuracy. The paralysed scientist on the chair was a portrayal of Stephen hawking so no orignality there. The love triangle plot in this movie is used a gazillion times in previous Bollywood movies. I personally have mixed feelings. They tried using some new concepts which is really bold considering what Indian audience like. There was a bit of orignality in this but not too much. I found the movie ok not too good not too bad. The main reason I even found it ok was because if this song. I understand the hate coming towards it. Consider this. Rohit Shetty made 8 films which made over 100 crores in box office. Why is that? He's been a director for many years. He knows the formula, what the audience likes, the plots that usually make tonnes of money on box office. He's smart and aware. He uses this knowledge to the fullest and that makes one of the most successful directors in the industry. I am not bashing this movie. Just pointing out India audience likes only action packed movies and it'll stay that way

@@toosavageforaname2767 if we are taking up audacity to compare what SRK n Rohit Shetty has given Bollywood then we should also keep in mind that audience stick to only one genre until other ultimately takes over them, were we really open to superhero stuff but all changed when marvel introduced the trend in India and I personally think that after a few years we all will consider this movie as the most underrated, the same way we now brand KANK. it's totally fine to have uncertainty about the movie's plot but I would like u to know that the Anushka's portrayal was not of Stephen Hawking. In 1963, Hawking was diagnosed with an early-onset slow-progressing form of motor neuron disease (MND; also known as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis "ALS" or Lou Gehrig's disease) that gradually paralysed him over the decades. If u want to confirm ur doubts about character portrayal u are welcome to do so. n well about love being extremely common, the movie was not so triangle based it simply let's differentiate between genuinely infatuated love and cracked, painful and sweet coated with bitterness form of love.... 😊
