Welcome to my channel 🙏🏻
Today in this video I am sharing Typo also known as Taipo,Thypo recipe street food of Darjeeling,Kalimpong and Sikkim and some parts of Nepal.Typo is a gigantic size of momo which is similar size of Tingmo but in Typo we use some stuffing like as in normal momo and egg is must vegetables on your choices.
Typos are one of the most favourite snack among students in Darjeeling,Kalimpong and Sikkim.
So if you guys ever visit Darjeeling,Kalimpong and Sikkim please don’t forget to try this delicious Typo with red spicy achar and hot soup.

Instead of salt yeast should be activated with a little sugar or without. The salt can be mixed in with the flour but never directly with yeast, as salt diactivates yeast.The dough will rise double, triple in size this way. I appreciate your videos, so am only sharing this as i bake a lot at home. 🙂

Reminds me of back day in Mirik, Darjeeling where I used to eat Taipo during my lunch time. Great Video aunty. Keep up the good work. I would also love to see how to make Taipo sauce. Iam a Poumai Naga tribe from Senapati District had seen million youtube but as soon saw yours had intervine in my mind....heard clearly as a whistle...profoundly interesting note; not pushy but expand the imagination. ..others I just dismiss without further notice but with warm heart you execute n create with love...you had the irony of not challenging Chauvinistic of belonginess show of their blowing own trumpet attitude but humble to show simple sweet short with subtitles...juice by that...Literally rewrite history with a trail to embrace belong in this world was one agenda...huminaty...give up your personal history but merge to serve....that you have create a sense of purpose for others...you are a joy to be around is what you shown the way ...a purpose..you are part of something bigger than yourself..that you are needed. .you are something better ahead to work for .Purpose is what create true happiness..I feel always completely unpurpose n unfulfilled but seeing you to make these world.... no justified resentment with your self attitude of aspiring that we are design to change... create opportunities for others ...you are one who taught me I could make a difference....
