Oilers face the most pressure easily. They have been supposed to be the next best thing and like Toronto have been wasting that potential. Vancouver has really done nothing for a decade and seems to have found themselves and rebuilt the line-up on the fly. This is pretty good for a team that has missed eight of the last ten years and missed during the canadian division. Their best performance was when they snuck in through the qualifying round in 2020. They have won a round and could beat the Oilers without their starting goalie. It is all gravy.

If Skinners lets in 2 shaky goals early on, they need an instant goalie change and put Pickard in. Else they will chant Skinnnnnner and it goes downhill from there and team will play worse with Skinner in net. Pickard proved he can win and play well and if he goes in 2nd period after they're down 0-2, there's not much pressure on him because he's not the one who let in the 2 goals, therefore he might play even better. Thats my opinion, I'm okay with Skinner playing after his last win but 2 shaky goals or 2 goals on less than 15 shots, you have to pull him out x

As a Canucks fan, I truly believe Oilers are under much more pressure to win. I've been watching and rooting for the Oilers (believe it or not) when the Canucks have struggled the last 3 years and missing playoffs making Edmonton and Winnipeg the top choices for a Canadian team to win a cup for the first time in over 3 decades and I've seen how hard the Oilers have been toiling to get past the Conference finals. They have the best player on the planet and he's been hungry to win for a long time now - not to mention his Messier like statement during their early season struggles saying "It's Cup or Bust". The Canucks came in this season and surpassed everyone's expectations, including themselves and I don't believe they dropped outside of a top 10 spot this whole year but it didn't matter because other teams, analysts and every sports outlet basically still said that they aren't really that good. They're still saying that. Coming into this series, everyone saw the post where literally every big name currently in sports predicted an overwhelming Oilers victory this series and once again, they've proven them wrong that they won't get walked all over. If the Canucks lose this series, it'd be disappointing, for sure, but in all honesty - it's been an amazing year for them and they finally made it back into the playoffs and are now in a Game 7 matchup in one of the most intense runs this club has seen in a long time. Leafs fans would kill to be as fortunate as Canucks fans right now but, win or lose it's not a big loss since they now have some playoff experience to draw back on and make off season moves to correct some of the shortcomings of this run ie. "Never Score Again" Mikheyev, Oilers unsung MVP Ian Cole etc. No matter who wins though, I want them to go all the way and finally bring back a cup to Canada regardless who wins as they have both played a damn good series and have brought back Playoff Hockey passion in this market of Vancouver after having not seen a run in 9 years.
