I haven't crash tested the Evos myself but definitely have tested many of the Endurance versions (like the ones you are asking about) on different bikes. From racing crashes, to just test day crashes, these protected my bike vitals really well. One time I had a low side at 130mpg at Daytona raceway on an R1. The bike tumbled pretty good. The frame sliders were instrumental in protecting some of the components on the bike. Anyway, the theory here with the Evos is that you have the energy of impact distributed among a broader area of the bike because each side slider set has multiple mounts. It also is less prone to catching the surface as it slides on it, so should protect against flipping the bike better than the Endurance version.

That chance is always there but following these instructions minimizes the likelihood. We did numerous installs of these frame sliders and also the endurance line sliders on this bike, and never had sag.
