The earth is just beginning to enjoy its hard earned peace when all of a sudden it is facing renewed threat! With the seven Ultraman warriors being sealed up by the Super Dimensional Demon Etelgar all human hopes seem to be lost.
To thwart At this critical moment, Ultraman Cosmos and Ultraman Zero come to the rescue and together they join forces with the earth defending team UPG to fight the fiercest battle never seen before.

Well consider that etelgar make all their previous enemy from using fear which is kinda insult to the actual enemy in the past they fight which is just another copy clone that not completely the real one like he created dark lugiel ginga enemy past he have a dark aura while etelgar make doesn't same and plus nexus really don't like someone try to copy his past enemy especially dark zagi after all he did though I could be wrong etelgar ability since it been a while I have watched it again so I could be wrong

Personally, this is my favourite ultraman movie across all ultraman movies bcs this movie is the only movie that gathering all ultraman hesei generation (which is all ultra hesei generation is my favourite) including zero (the first reiwa generation).. they are so cool and bring me all the nostalgic moment and monsters when i was a kid watching their own series.. tbh this movie is G.O.A.T. love it❤.. love the story especially the scenes where each ultraman fight their own monsters by levels🔥 nostalgic🔥❤️

I'm very late but this subtitle is way of context. It made all of the meaningful dialogue like Nexus' Bond of Light quote is interpreted as a shallow generic line from a B Superhero movie.

Yeah... That's what happens when you get cram between a unique ultra series with dark tone and deep story and another series which give a glorious return to the Showa Era universe and finally a conclusion to the ultra brother time at earth. It such a shame since if Max actually released during Reiwa Era, it will be praised the same as Ultraman Z series.. the story of Max is pretty great and really reminiscent to Ultraman 1966 and Ultraseven to some extent. It's basically the Showa Era ultra series set in Heisei Era even more than Mebius sometimes.

I mean he is an Ultraman version of Kamen Rider Decade who travel to different universe and interact with other new Ultramans after him Since both Zero and Decade were both in Heisei generation who can be a little jerk to their new gens as an Senior/Master/Reinforcement/side character backup assistant as well And they can either gain new form or transform into their new Gens with new power too
